Again, <strong>the</strong> frequencies reported were tabulated fromindividuals who responded to <strong>the</strong> question with one or two on <strong>the</strong> Likert scale. The sameLikert scale with range one to seven was used to analyze service characteristics as wasused for <strong>the</strong> physical and chemical characteristics.
