With this <strong>UV</strong> technologythe <strong>UV</strong> Main Exposure stops being an analog process. <strong>UV</strong> Main Exposure is now a highly precise anddigitally controlled process. The <strong>Inline</strong> <strong>UV</strong>1 exposure delivers plates with the most stable and sharp round top dots. With the use of HD Flexo,these round top dots print gradients down to zero; they also deliver much improved solid ink areas with almost no pinholes.The <strong>Inline</strong> <strong>UV</strong>2 setup in combination with advanced HD Flexo screening (= Full HD Flexo) creates a unique dot shape thatdelivers the best highlight quality in combination with perfect solid ink lay down in all flexible packaging applications. For these applications, the CDI productivityis best preserved by using a short <strong>Inline</strong> <strong>UV</strong> exposure time, in combination with extra bank exposure.The short digital <strong>UV</strong> flash fixes all the quality advantages of the selected digital <strong>UV</strong> dot shapes.
