Increase in Lot Coverage• Up to 15 percent increase in the maximumallowed lot coverage percentage:– for lots in subdivisions that have a state permittedand functional stormwater management system,OR– for an individual lot that installs a stormwatermanagement system for the entire lot to retain a4” rain event in accordance to Form SW-001 butprepared by a North Carolina licensedprofessional engineer, licensed surveyor, orlandscape architect.
Major Subdivisions & Major Site Plans• Provide <strong>Stormwater</strong> Management Plan SW-002:– All Major Subdivisions (greater than 5 lots)– All Major Site Plans• New site plans having greater than 10% lotcoverage, or• Site Plans on existing lots adding 5000 sf whichresults in greater than 10% lot coverage• When required for an existing lot, all imperviouscoverage on the lot shall be included in thestormwater requirement
