About the serviceThe Lewisham mental health pathway providesflexible supported housing for people with mentalhealth needs. These services cater for a wide rangeof support needs <strong>and</strong> are designed to help peoplemove on to more independent living.We support peoplewith mental health <strong>and</strong>associated needsincluding:• alcohol dependency• substance misuse• physical disbility• offenders <strong>and</strong> people at riskof offending.We offer support with:• developing independentliving skills• welfare benefits <strong>and</strong>maximising income• working towards achieving afull <strong>and</strong> healthy lifestyle• accessing social <strong>and</strong>community facilities <strong>and</strong>groups• training, education <strong>and</strong> socialdevelopment• getting back to work• social responsibility• moving on in to independentaccommodation.
