4. Make available copies of usage rules to subscribers, and CITC terms of servicedocuments.5. Clarify the fees and features of the services to prospective subscribersbefore subscribing to such services.6. Provide technical round-the-clock support to subscribers.7. Comply with the provisions of intellectual property rights pursuant to therelevant applicable regulations and other related laws upon provision of anyprograms to subscribers.8. Host Saudi governmental websites only in servers based within TheKingdom of Saudi Arabia.9. Observe accuracy in subscribers' accounts and maintain the accounting data forone year.10. Maintain privacy of subscribers and confidentiality of their accountsinformation.11. Not discriminate between subscribers.12. Abstain from involving third parties in the subscribers' accounts or giving themaccess to the subscribers' passwords or IDs.13. Comply with intellectual property rights.14. The Arabic version of the license shall be the official version and shall prevailover the English translation. The English translation is only intended forexplanation of the license.
