Special Terms and Conditions of Type (B) <strong>Class</strong> <strong>License</strong> <strong>for</strong><strong>Internet</strong> <strong>Service</strong> <strong>Provider</strong> (<strong>ISP</strong>) <strong>Service</strong>sFirst: <strong>Service</strong> Definition<strong>Internet</strong> <strong>Service</strong> <strong>Provider</strong> (<strong>ISP</strong>) <strong>Service</strong>s are a set of services provided by a licenseeand limited to:1. Dialup <strong>Internet</strong> Access2. Broadband <strong>Internet</strong> Access.3. Email.4. IP Allocation and Assignment5. Web Design and Hosting6. Application service providers such as Data Centers , Equipment Hosting , etc.7. Network Monitoring.8. DNS Registration Subject to Applicable Regulations.9. <strong>Internet</strong> Content Publishing.10. <strong>Internet</strong> Advertising.Second: <strong>ISP</strong> <strong>Service</strong> <strong>Provider</strong>'s ObligationsThe <strong>License</strong>e shall:1. Provide its services or connect to the internet only through the methodsdetermined by CITC.2. Implement and observe all rules and instructions issued by CITC and the othercompetent government bodies.3. Provide its services at high quality level and observe integrity, honesty andgood conduct with its subscribers.
4. Make available copies of usage rules to subscribers, and CITC terms of servicedocuments.5. Clarify the fees and features of the services to prospective subscribersbe<strong>for</strong>e subscribing to such services.6. Provide technical round-the-clock support to subscribers.7. Comply with the provisions of intellectual property rights pursuant to therelevant applicable regulations and other related laws upon provision of anyprograms to subscribers.8. Host Saudi governmental websites only in servers based within TheKingdom of Saudi Arabia.9. Observe accuracy in subscribers' accounts and maintain the accounting data <strong>for</strong>one year.10. Maintain privacy of subscribers and confidentiality of their accountsin<strong>for</strong>mation.11. Not discriminate between subscribers.12. Abstain from involving third parties in the subscribers' accounts or giving themaccess to the subscribers' passwords or IDs.13. Comply with intellectual property rights.14. The Arabic version of the license shall be the official version and shall prevailover the English translation. The English translation is only intended <strong>for</strong>explanation of the license.
