7th Annual<strong>NDCL</strong> Golf Classic<strong>NDCL</strong> freshman LindsayHammer and Christina Martinissell 50/50 tickets to Eddie VoylesA beautiful day greeted the 155golfers that participated in the 7thAnnual <strong>NDCL</strong> Golf Classic onFriday, July 20th. The sold-out eventraised $15,000 which supports allstudents at <strong>NDCL</strong>. A special thankyou to all of our sponsors listedon the next <strong>page</strong>.The golfers were treated with a lunch prepared by BeefO’Brady’s Family Sports Pub in Eastlake (owned and operatedby <strong>NDCL</strong> alumni). Afterwards, they enjoyed a steakdinner in the Fowler’s Mill clubhouse. Each golferreceived an <strong>NDCL</strong> golf umbrella with their goodie bags,and many walked home with door prizes, auction items,and skill prizes. The winning foursome was John Kutz,Tim Williams, Ron Ulle, and John Williams. The GolfClassic Trophy is on permanent display in <strong>NDCL</strong>’s McGarryGymnasium lobby.Thanks to honorary chairman Gary Jeter `73, eventco-chairmen Mark Martinis and Jamie Hammer, the GolfClassic Committee, the many adult and student volunteers,and players for joining us celebrate the mission of<strong>NDCL</strong>.
