The St. Nicholas Hospital Workplace Health Program
offers a multidisciplinary team of occupational health and
wellness professionals. We are experts in all your diverse
occupational health and wellness needs. When you contract
with us you have the benefit of ‘one-stop shopping’. All of
your occupational health needs including drug and alcohol
testing, medical monitoring, injury management, industrial
rehabilitation, and wellness and health education services
are all here – under one roof. In addition, we can work with
you to provide on-site services as needed.
Our commitment to service and healthcare excellence is
the foundation of our Workplace Health Program. It is
what makes our program stand out from all others. Our
Workplace Health Program gives you the advantage to
promote health and wellness in your company’s workforce
while managing your healthcare dollars.

Workplace Health Program staff are available to help
employers design a wellness program specific to their
budget and corporate culture needs. Wellness services
include but are not limited to planning; health risk
appraisals; blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar
screenings; feedback regarding results; education specific
to identified health risk needs; and health fairs.
Industrial Rehabilitation
A variety of industrial rehabilitation programs are available
through Occupational Health Services (see page 41). We
designed these programs to prevent injury and/or facilitate
an employee’s return from injury. These services can occur
at the hospital or at the worksite.

Isernhagen Work System
A team approach to the treatment of work-related injuries
involves physicians, occupational health professionals,
rehabilitation specialists, the injured worker, and
employers and assists in and enhances the rehabilitation
process. The St. Nicholas Hospital Center for Pain and
Work Rehabilitation (see page 43) and Occupational
Health Services (see page 41) use the nationally recognized
Isernhagen Work System to bring these facets of treatment
and recovery together. Isernhagen is a total work
rehabilitation and work injury prevention program that
incorporates each part of a work-related injury—from
prevention to rehabilitation to a safe and rapid return
to work.
Isernhagen’s goals are safe, efficient work and productive,
healthy workers. Therefore, its programs may be put into
place on the job site before an injury happens to reduce the
chance of on-the-job injuries and ensure that employers
and workers receive the best outcomes for both the
individual and the company. Isernhagen may be used alone
or in conjunction with the St. Nicholas Hospital Workplace
Health Program (see page 48).
Through Isernhagen, the employee/employer/
healthcare professional team can take advantage of:
• Functional capacity evaluation (demonstration of an
individual’s capabilities for function tasks of the job)
• Work conditioning/hardening
• Functional job analysis (identification and evaluation
of the physical relationships of work through an
analysis of work, worker, and work site)
• Job-site rehabilitation and coaching
• Prework screening (review of functional tasks of
the job as compared to the medical and physical
capabilities and aptitudes of the worker)

ExpressCare
ExpressCare services are located in the Marsho Family
Medical Group office at 1703 North Taylor Drive on the
Hospital Campus.
ExpressCare is designed to provide immediate, same day
care for individuals’ urgent, nonemergency healthcare
concerns. Patients are encouraged to call ExpressCare at
Marsho Medical at 920/457-4438 prior to coming to the
office to allow the staff to perform a preliminary triage
assessment and direct those individuals needing emergency
care to an Emergency Department without delay.
ExpressCare is open 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Mondays-Fridays
and 8:30-11:30 a.m. Saturdays. ExpressCare is closed
Sundays and holidays.
Green Bay Radiology (GBR) offers premier imaging and
interventional services throughout northeastern Wisconsin.
Committed to providing the highest quality services with
a personalized touch, GBR physicians are locally based,
board-certified by the American Board of Radiology, and
offer individualized interpretations of magnetic resonance
imaging (MRI), computerized tomography (CT or CAT
scan), peripheral vascular, neurovascular and interventional
radiology, plain film radiology (x-rays), ultrasound, nuclear
medicine diagnosis and treatment, mammography, breast
biopsies and fluoroscopy. GBR covers Sheboygan with
broadband high-speed teleradiology and two full time
Radiologists on site at St. Nicholas Hospital. Green Bay
Radiology physicians include fellowship trained radiologists
in Neuroradiology, Vascular Interventional Radiology,
Musculoskeletal Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, and
Body Imaging (CT/US/MRI fellowship). GBR also offers
the full spectrum of interventional services by fellowshiptrained
physicians.

Mequon-based Infinity HealthCare provides physician
coverage for the St. Nicholas Hospital Emergency Services
Department.
Infinity HealthCare, established in 1976, is the oldest and
largest emergency medicine staffing and management firm
in Wisconsin. It is physician-owned and operated by
board-certified emergency medicine specialists. Infinity
provides emergency medicine direction and physician
coverage at 12 major hospitals in Wisconsin and two in
Illinois, including St. Nicholas Hospital sister hospitals,
St. Vincent and St. Mary, in Green Bay. All Infinity
physicians are residency trained and board certified in
emergency medicine.
Prevea Health is a partnership between Prevea Health and
two of our System hospitals in Green Bay, St. Mary’s
Hospital Medical Center and St. Vincent Hospital.
Prevea Health and St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay offer
a variety of medical specialty services to Sheboygan area
patients. The Green Bay location provides high-quality
alternatives for transferring patients who are currently
transferred to Milwaukee-area facilities—often at a
lower cost.
Prevea Health is a group of primary care and specialty care
physicians from 16 clinics providing medical care throughout
Green Bay and northeastern Wisconsin. With more than 200
providers, they provide a wide range of specialty services.
