In <strong>2001</strong>-<strong>2002</strong>, a total of550 graduates were placed in 460 SMEs acrossCanada. Total contributions to firms amounted to$3.95 million. Of these contributions, more than$3.86 million was invested in the Science andTechnology Internships Program supporting 541recent graduates working in 455 firms.
