We wel<strong>com</strong>e the opportunity to work closely with sitepersonnel on liner improvements, chute <strong>au</strong>dits and re<strong>com</strong>mendations.<strong>Ceramic</strong> on Rubber Mats<strong>Ceramic</strong> on rubber mats are available in varying thickness to suitdifferent applications, the mats are supplied with a CN bonding layerand are ideal for lining over the top of rubber in high wear areas such ascyclone l<strong>au</strong>nders and dividers.• 20mm thick 32mm AF hexagonceramic tile on 7mm rubber(20mm total thickness).There is no gap between thetiles on this mat which givesa greater ceramic coverage onthe working face, ideal for flatsurfaces.• 20mm thick 20mm AF hexagonceramic tile on 7mm rubber(20mm total thickness).• 4mm thick 10mm Squareceramic tile on 2mm rubber(6mm total thickness).There is no gap between thetile on this mat but due the thinrubber matrix these mats can befitted to curved surfaces greaterthan approximately 100mmradius.There is a 1.5mm gap betweenthe tile on this mat whichallows for the mat to fitted tocurved surfaces greater thanapproximately 500mm radius.• 6mm thick 20mm AFhexagon ceramic tile on4mm rubber (10mm totalthickness).There is a 1.5mm gapbetween the tile onthis mat which allowsfor the mat to fittedto curved surfacesgreater thanapproximately250mm radius.
TESACer and Battle Tough<strong>Trelleborg</strong> TESACer and BattleToughliners are designed for medium toheavy duty application.TESACer liners have a 20mm thickceramic cylinder on 6mm rubber ona 6mm steel backing plate.BattleTough liners have a 50mmthick ceramic tile on 8mm of rubberon a 6mm steel backing plate.<strong>Liners</strong> can be supplied cut andstudded to replace steel linerswithout any modifications to thechute’s steel work.We typically use a rubber matrixdue to rubber’s bond strength, butPolyurethane matrix liners are alsoavailable upon request. <strong>Trelleborg</strong>stock, cut and stud these liners inPerth, so delivery times are minimal.TESACer liners are ideal formedium to heavy applications1mm to 75mm particles in chutesand deflectors.BattleTough liners are ideal inheavy applications + 32mm,high impact areas and hard toaccess chutes.
