A bequest is a gift that you make<br />

in your will. Bequests can be<br />

made in a variety of ways. Some<br />

examples include: Percentage of<br />

your estate, Nominated dollar<br />

amount, Shares or bonds, Property<br />

or real estate, Proceeds of life<br />

insurance policy.<br />

a difference to the future of the<br />

Making a bequest is a very<br />

personal act. You can choose to<br />

leave your gift for general use,<br />

or direct it to support a more<br />

specific need of the club. Some<br />

of the key areas of need include<br />

player equipment and capital<br />

You can show your support for the <strong>South</strong> <strong>Fremantle</strong> <strong>Football</strong> <strong>Club</strong> by making a bequest to the <strong>Club</strong> in<br />

your will. It is one of the easiest ways to support the <strong>Club</strong> that we all love. Every bequest, irrespective of<br />

size, will make a difference to the ongoing future development of the <strong>South</strong> <strong>Fremantle</strong> <strong>Football</strong> <strong>Club</strong>. Your<br />

bequest can also be directed to a more specific purpose.<br />

those who intend to remember the<br />

<strong>Club</strong> in their will. Your generosity<br />

will be publicly acknowledged, or<br />

you may elect to be recorded as<br />

an anonymous member.<br />

HOW TO MAKE A BEquEST<br />

TO THE SOuTH FREMANTLE<br />

FOOTBALL CLuB?<br />

You make a bequest in your will.<br />

The wording provided below is<br />

intended as a guide and may<br />

assist your solicitor in preparing<br />

your will. If you already have made<br />

a will and don’t want to make<br />

major changes, you may simply<br />

add a Codicil to include the <strong>South</strong><br />

<strong>Fremantle</strong> <strong>Football</strong> <strong>Club</strong>.<br />

percentage or share of estate,<br />

detail property or assets) of the<br />

residue of my estate to the <strong>South</strong><br />
