in your will. Bequests can be
made in a variety of ways. Some
examples include: Percentage of
your estate, Nominated dollar
amount, Shares or bonds, Property
or real estate, Proceeds of life
insurance policy.

We welcome bequests of any
size. Every bequest helps to make
a difference to the future of the
South Fremantle Football Club.

Making a bequest is a very
personal act. You can choose to
leave your gift for general use,
or direct it to support a more
specific need of the club. Some
of the key areas of need include
player equipment and capital
development.

You can show your support for the South Fremantle Football Club by making a bequest to the Club in
your will. It is one of the easiest ways to support the Club that we all love. Every bequest, irrespective of
size, will make a difference to the ongoing future development of the South Fremantle Football Club. Your
bequest can also be directed to a more specific purpose.

The South Fremantle Football
Club will acknowledge and honour
those who intend to remember the
Club in their will. Your generosity
will be publicly acknowledged, or
you may elect to be recorded as
an anonymous member.
HOW TO MAKE A BEquEST
TO THE SOuTH FREMANTLE
FOOTBALL CLuB?
You make a bequest in your will.
The wording provided below is
intended as a guide and may
assist your solicitor in preparing
your will. If you already have made
a will and don’t want to make
major changes, you may simply
add a Codicil to include the South
Fremantle Football Club.
I give…(specify $ amount,
percentage or share of estate,
detail property or assets) of the
residue of my estate to the South
Fremantle Football Club for its
own use absolutely, and I direct
that the receipt of the treasurer
or other proper officer for the
time being of the South Fremantle
Football Club shall be a good
and sufficient discharge to my
trustee(s).
Note: If you are intending to
support a more specific purpose or
activity at the Club, you will need
to state this clearly in your will.
