Deb El is also amember of USAPEEC.Under Mr. Gibber’s leadership, Deb El has a strongtrack record of giving back to the community. Heis actively involved in numerous non-profit organizationsincluding Yeshiva University who in 2008awarded him with an Honorary Doctorate degree.
