In 1977,she became Executive Director of the North CarolinaEgg Association, a position she held for nine years.In 1986, Ms. Ivy joined the American Egg Board (AEB)as Director of Industry Relations, and was promotedto Senior Vice President in 1996. In this position,Ms. Ivy continued to be responsible for IndustryRelations, but also handled the areas of egg productmarket development, retail merchandising, andexport marketing. In addition, Ms. Ivy supervised theareas of Foodservice and Consumer Education.Effective January 1, 2007, Ms. Ivy was chosen as thePresident and CEO of the American Egg Board. Sheis only the second Chief Executive Officer of theAmerican Egg Board, succeeding Lou Raffel, whoserved in that capacity since the American EggBoard program began in 1976.Ms. Ivy was recently elected Chairman of theInternational Egg Commission for 2011-2013 after
