This will ensuretimely response that is very much needed now, given the continuously changingeconomic environment. The already existing Marine Solution team in Grenoble,France will continue to complement the development in Asia Pacifi c by providingthe expertise whenever needed. Our Marine customers are already looking to usfor high engineering value addition in safety and efficiency, and improved return ofinvestments and financial performances. The Marine Solution Center will thereforeensure that we have the right and innovative offers to meet such requirements.Our offers will also have to meet the stringent safety requirements of classificationbodies and achieve acceptance by ship-owning end customers. The MarineSolution Center will therefore support our country operations by providing theneeded competencies to conduct pre-sales activities, quotation of the offers,engineer and execute the solutions contracts entrusted to us, and ensureoptimal after sales services throughout the life cycle of the installation. Customersatisfaction is the key and we fully understand that our success to satisfy ourcustomers will depend on how well we master and implement our offers in order tomeet the changing demands of the ship building industry.To complement our solutions offer, we are putting in place a global servicesoperation to support our ship-owning end customers.
