It should be assured that uninterrupted availability of manpower consisting of four callcentre Assistants and one manager with the qualification prescribed will be ensured.3. Rates shall be inclusive of all Taxes. If quoted exclusive of taxes, then it shall be treatedas inclusive of taxes only.4. Only one rate shall be quoted for each item.
