We arethe only organisation that is registered to represent <strong>Victoria</strong> <strong>Club</strong>sbefore the Fair Work Australia which means you have a voice onmatters that affect your staff.<strong>Club</strong>s have told us that we should provide greater choice in ourservices and this year we are launching an array of product andservices that will help your club grow and prosper, these include:• <strong>Club</strong>s College – which will allow specialist educators and trainersto provide you easy access to better training. The College willalso include on online portal, making it easier for you to accessquality training.• Presidents <strong>Club</strong> – this special interest group will allow theleaders of the club community to provide leadership on policyand allow greater access to the government which will allowthem to further understand club needs.• Improved Industrial Relations – already we offer an advisoryservice but we are adding value to the management tool, whichis exclusive to members to allow more effective management ofstaff issues.• Webinars and Member Connect – we will be offering or normalMember Connect seminar series and extending our webinars toallow greater access for club to best practice.• State Conference – we will be initiating a state conferencethis year to allow the community to come together to shareinformation and learn best practice.There are many other initiatives planned this year – the importantpoint to remember is that we are not a special interest group and werepresent all licensed clubs.
