Terms & Conditions For Maybank Mobile Banking Free Movie Ticket Promotion(“Promotion”)1. This Promotion is valid from 15 December 2010 to 5 January 2011 (both datesinclusive) (“Promotion Period”) or such other period as may be determined byMaybank in its absolute discretion.2. Each Maybank customer who successfully logs in to Maybank Mobile Banking atinfo.maybank2u.com.sg/m to check his/her Account information during thePromotion Period, will receive one (1) S$10 Eng Wah movie voucher(“Voucher”).3. The Voucher will be emailed to each successful customer at the email addressprovided by the customer for the purpose of participating in the Promotion.4. Limited to one (1) Voucher per eligible customer during the Promotion Period.5. The Voucher must be presented by the customer, together with the customer’sNRIC, at the Eng Wah box office located at Sun Tec City during the redemptionperiod stated on the Voucher in order to redeem one (1) movie admission ticket.6. Vouchers not redeemed during the redemption period will be null and void. Anycustomer whose Voucher has expired shall not be entitled to any payment orcompensation in lieu from Maybank.7. Each customer is responsible for providing an accurate email address. Maybankshall not be liable for any misdelivery or non delivery of the Voucher which is dueto the submission of an incorrect email address.8. Any Voucher that is mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged, waterdamaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or which contains anycomputer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will beconsidered null and void and will not be eligible for redemption. Lost or stolenVoucher will not be replaced by Maybank or Eng Wah Private Limited.9. Eng Wah has the absolute discretion at all times to refuse to allow anyredemption of any Voucher should Eng Wah decide and suspect that theauthenticity of the Voucher has been compromised.10. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind by the customer.11. By accepting these terms and conditions each customer authorises Maybank todisclose his/her name and NRIC number to Eng Wah Private Limited.12. The decision of Maybank on all matters relating to or in connection with thisPromotion shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. Maybank shall notbe obliged to enter into any correspondence with any customer on any matterconcerning the Promotion.

13. Maybank shall not be liable in any way to any customer for any loss or damagearising in connection with this Promotion, including any act or omission relating tothe customer’s participation in the Promotion, howsoever caused.14. Customers shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation from Maybankshould their Voucher be forfeited for whatever reason as Maybank maydetermine.15. Maybank reserves the right to replace the Voucher at any time at their discretionwith another item of a similar value without notice.16. Maybank makes no representation or warranty to any movie tickets redeemed bythe customer and shall bear no liability in relation thereto.17. Eng Wah terms and conditions apply*.18. Maybank has the absolute discretion at anytime to amend any of these termsand conditions and to suspend, cancel or discontinue this Promotion at any timewithout prior notice and without liability to any person.19. Maybank has the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any person fromparticipating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/orreason.20. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and anybrochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, theseterms and conditions shall prevail.21. These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law.*Eng Wah Terms and Conditions• Voucher is only valid for use if the value of the movie admission ticket is S$10 orless. Top-up for value difference is not applicable.• Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with otherpromotions, discount cards and coupons or vouchers.• EW Private Limited strictly does not entertain acceptance and revalidation ofexpired vouchers. Any unused or expired vouchers cannot be refunded for cashor exchanged.• Voucher cannot be used for telephone, Internet or WAP booking.• Voucher does not guarantee seating and admission. Voucher must be presentedat the Eng Wah Cinemas box office to exchange for admission ticket to the show.Admission ticket is subject to seat availability.• Voucher is valid for the exchange of one admission ticket at any box office of EngWah Cinemas unless otherwise stated. Not more than 20 vouchers can beexchanged at the box office at any one time.

• Voucher is not valid for special screenings such as 3-D titles, unless otherwisestated.• Voucher is not replaceable if lost or defaced. No refunds will be given for any lostor defaced vouchers.• Damaged or defaced vouchers or copies will not be accepted. Voucher is onlyvalid with the seal of EW Private Limited.• EW Private Limited reserves the rights to amend any of the terms and conditionswithout prior notice.
