Terms and Conditions for iSAVvy Savings Account Cash Credit Promotion (“Promotion”) andLucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”)1. The Promotion and Lucky Draw are valid from 19 March to 31 December 2013 (“PromotionPeriod”).2. The Promotion and Lucky Draw are applicable for individuals with iSAVvy Savings Accounts(“Account”) only. Non individuals and iSAVvy Savings Plus Accounts are excluded.The Promotion:3. Only Account holders (“Eligible Customers”) who complete the online form for this Promotion(“Online Form”) on Maybank2u.com.sg (Online Banking) are eligible to participate in this Promotion.Customers who have participated in the iSAVvy Savings Account Cash Credit Promotion fromJuly 2012 to 18 March 2013 can participate in the Promotion again.4. Each Eligible Customer may submit the Online Form for each iSAVvy Savings Account only onceevery month. For joint accounts, only one account holder may submit the Online Form in eachmonth.5. Eligible Customers will indicate the deposit amount (“Amount”) on the Online Form. For everyS$30,000 deposited in the Account during the Promotion Period, the Eligible Customer will receiveS$50 (“Cash Credit”), which will be credited into the Account within 40 days from the date theOnline Form was processed by Maybank.6. Eligible Customers shall deposit at least S$30,000 within 30 calendar days from the date the OnlineForm is submitted in order to receive the Cash Credit. In the event that the amount deposited isdifferent from the Amount on the Online Form, Maybank shall calculate the Cash Credit based onthe lower of the two.7. Deposits made in relation to the Promotion must be in fresh funds, where it can be in the form ofcash deposits, interbank credits (GIRO or funds transfers) or cheque deposits (excluding chequeswhich have not been cleared for payment) to qualify for the Promotion. Maybank cheques ortransfers made from existing Maybank account(s) (if any) are not allowed.8. Deposits will be held by Maybank in the Account for 6 months from the date the Cash Credit wascredited into the Account (“Non-Withdrawal Period”) and will not be available for withdrawal duringthis period, unless the Eligible Customer withdraws from the Promotion by informing Maybank toremove the earmarking. If within the Non-Withdrawal Period, the Eligible Customer closes theAccount or request to make a withdrawal at any Maybank Singapore branch, Maybank will in itssole discretion deduct the Cash Credit paid from the Account. Fees for branch counter transactionswill apply.9. Customers who have closed an iSAVvy Savings Account within 6 months prior to the start of thisPromotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.Page 1 of 3

The Lucky Draw:10. There will be one (1) Lucky Draw every month from May 2013 to February 2014 with one (1) winnerfor each Lucky Draw. The Lucky Draw is open to Eligible Customers who have participated in the Promotion from19 March 2013 to 31 December 2013 and who have received a Cash Credit. Eligible Customers willbe entitled to enter a Lucky Draw in the following month after the Cash Credit is credited into theCustomer’s Account.12. Eligible Customers will receive one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw for every S$10,000 deposited ineach iSAVvy Savings Account for the Promotion, within 30 calendar days from the date the OnlineForm is submitted.13. Lucky Draw chances are non transferable and will be cancelled by Maybank without incurring anyliability upon the suspension, cancellation and/or termination of the Account.14. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to win only once in a Lucky Draw during the Promotion Period.For joint accounts, the prize (“Prize”) will be awarded to the main account holder. Prizes will differduring the Promotion Period and will be awarded based on the date the Online Form wasprocessed by Maybank.15. The Lucky Draw will be conducted at 10 am on the respective Lucky Draw dates at 2 Battery Road,Maybank Tower Singapore 049907, or where it is impractical to do so, at such time or venue(s) asmay be determined by Maybank in its sole discretion without prior notice.16. Maybank may in its sole and absolute discretion exchange or substitute a Prize to another ofequivalent or similar value without notice and liability to any person. A Prize is not exchangeable orrefundable for cash or kind.17. The winner(s) is not entitled to any payment or compensation from Maybank should the Prize beforfeited.18. Maybank reserve the right to draw 1 or more reserve winner(s) to replace the winner subsequentlyfound to be disqualified.19. Results will be made available at www.maybank2u.com.sg within 7 days from the date of the LuckyDraw. Winner(s) will be notified by post at their last known address on record with Maybank. Exceptfor the notifications of the relevant Winner(s), Maybank shall not be obliged to enter into anycorrespondence on any matter concerning the Lucky Draw.Page 2 of 3

20. Customers hereby authorise Maybank to disclose and publish their names and other particulars toany person and in any mode and manner as Maybank may deem appropriate in the event thathe/she wins the Prize.21. The winner(s) may be required to attend a prize presentation and/or participate in publicityprogrammes. All expenses and/or costs incurred for such attendance shall be borne by thewinner(s) and Maybank reserves the right to use the name, address, photographs, information,particulars and/or documents of the winner(s) in any advertisement or other forms of publicity fromtime to time.22. Maybank shall have the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any person from participating in theLucky Draw without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.Others:23. Maybank’s employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotion and Lucky Draw. Maybankhas the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion andLucky Draw without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.24. Maybank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion and Lucky Draw (including the awardingof the Cash Credit and Prize) shall be final and binding on all customers.25. This Promotion and Lucky Draw is not valid in conjunction with other promotions carried out byMaybank unless otherwise specified.26. Maybank, its related corporations, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable toany person for any loss, damage and/or injury whatsoever of howsoever caused arising from thisPromotion, Lucky Draw and/ or use of the Prizes.27. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures,marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shallprevail.28. Maybank reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of theseterms and conditions from time to time or to suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time withoutprior notice or liability to any person.29. The Standard Terms and Conditions governing iSAVvy Savings Accounts shall apply.Deposit Insurance SchemeSingapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit InsuranceCorporation, for up to S$50,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Monies anddeposits denominated in Singapore dollars under the CPF Investment Scheme and CPF Minimum SumScheme are aggregated and separately insured up to S$50,000 for each depositor per Schememember.
