Governance Report
The United Basalt Products Ltd is a public company incorporated in
Mauritius since July 1953 and listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. In
December 2004, the shareholders adopted a new Constitution in line with
the provisions of the Companies Act 2001.
Shareholding Structure
The detailed shareholding structure is as detailed on page 7 with The
United Basalt Products Ltd having no Ultimate Holding Company. Please
refer to page 21 - Other Statutory Disclosures for the names of common
Directors.
