AMA8 Comments/ Implementation IssuesPlease give below additional comments and or describe the implementation issues that arose in thisquarter. The implementation of the project has gone smoothly and all activities that were planned for year 2009 areon track. The particular disappointment noticed was the low participation of State Ministry of education.Despite having received several invitations to visit the construction sites, nobody came from State MOESTin Warrap.Particular appreciation goes to the County Authorities for their enormous participation and support for theimplementation of the project. Particularly, the County Commissioner Mr. Victor Atem Atem, the PayamAdiminstrator Mr. Joseph Kuot Wol and the County Water Coordinator, Mr. Oliver provided enormoussupport for the project. Some disagreements arose as to why the County Authorities were selecting some places for the boreholesand schools, yet other areas were ignored. However, the authorities managed to explain the rationale forthe selections.Q09-03 44
