We treat our rea<strong>de</strong>rs no less fairly in private than in public.Anyone who <strong>de</strong>als with rea<strong>de</strong>rs is expected to honor thatprinciple, knowing that ultimately the rea<strong>de</strong>rs are our employers.Civility applies whether an exchange takes place in person, bytelephone, by letter or online.
