It executes the setup files defined by the environment variables SMVAGSand SMSETUP, and reads in the binary configuration files (message, key,and video) specific to the terminal.4. It allocates memory for a number of data structures shared among JYACCFORMAKER library functions.5. If supported by the operating system, keyboard interrupts are trappedto a routine that clears the screen and exits.6.
