Cell phones are strictly prohibited duringinstruction. If a camper is seen using a cell phonewhen usage is prohibited, it will be confiscated andreturned upon the end of the day.CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRINGBelow is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, andpersonal items. □□□Water BottleLunchHealth & Release FormsFINAL PAYMENTSThe Camp Tuition balance due dates are as follows: For camps with June start dates, balance is dueon May 1 st For camps with July start dates, balance is dueon June 1st For camps with August start dates, balance isdue on July 1 stYour confirmation shows your balance due and youwill not receive another invoice from us. If you havepaid your deposit by credit card, we will notautomatically charge the balance due, unlesspreviously authorized by you to do so*. Please senda check or call us to authorize the charging of theremaining balance to your credit card.*Any camp fees that are still outstanding on thestart date of your camp, or any damages and/orexpenses incurred by the camper during their stayat camp, will be charged to the credit card on file.CANCELLATIONSOnce registered, if you have to cancel for anyreason you will receive: A camp voucher for all camp tuition paymentsmade, valid through the summer of 2014. Thevoucher is only valid for a Nike BasketballCamp and can be transferred to an immediatefamily member.Cancellation Protection: Must have been purchased at time ofregistration With Cancellation Protection, you must cancelprior to your “balance due date” and you willreceive a refund of all camp tuitions made. If you cancel after your “balance due date”,you will receive a voucher valid through 2014,for any Nike Basketball Camp, transferable toan immediate family member.All Rights reserved.
