Goods or servicesAny complaints about goods or services purchased with a <str<strong>on</strong>g>Snap</str<strong>on</strong>g>-<strong>on</strong> <strong>Gift</strong> <strong>Card</strong> must beresolved directly with the Mobile Store operator from which the goods or services werepurchased.8. Force majeureTo the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage(whether direct or c<strong>on</strong>sequential), nor be in default under these <strong>Terms</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Use</strong>, for failureto observe or perform any <strong>of</strong> our obligati<strong>on</strong>s under these <strong>Terms</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Use</strong> for any reas<strong>on</strong> orcause which could not, with reas<strong>on</strong>able diligence, be c<strong>on</strong>trolled or prevented. Thesecauses include acts <strong>of</strong> God, acts <strong>of</strong> nature, acts or omissi<strong>on</strong>s <strong>of</strong> government or theiragencies, strikes or other industrial acti<strong>on</strong>, fire, flood, storm, riots, power shortages orfailures, sudden and unexpected system failure or disrupti<strong>on</strong> by war or sabotage, andother acts or omissi<strong>on</strong>s <strong>of</strong> third parties.9. Applicable lawThese <strong>Terms</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Use</strong> are to be c<strong>on</strong>strued and enforced in accordance with the laws <strong>of</strong>New South Wales, <strong>Australia</strong>.
