conversion to luxury apartments<br />
Located in a first-class setting on the Playa de Sant Agustí seafront,<br />
the UTO hotel apartments have been closed for more than<br />
five years – but they are now set to undergo a major transformation<br />
into luxury flats. The work is to be carried out by the Bendinat<br />
Group, and it is planned that the conversion of the old 12-storey<br />
hotel building will be completed in autumn next year.<br />
