Graced by a striking glass curtain wall designed byarchitects Cook + Fox and richly styled interiors by S. Russell Groves,The Lucida is the Upper East Side’s first LEED-certified green building.The party, hosted by Extell Development Company, also featured tours ofthe newly-completed luxury condominiums.
