Additional information (714-OJ-105):
FRANCE
The VIN quoted for 51 (VF6SC10U000000726) is suspicious: records held by Malcolm Tranter indicate that the
Renault VIN series jumped from 0507 (Saviem front) to 1002 (SC10R - restylé)(1001 probably existed as a
prototype). The chassis number could be ..0126, as there is a convenient gap in the sequence which might also
accommodate 52. Offers…?
53 is type SC10R: the U suffix was not used for vehicles with the revised front end.
82/3, 8593 WW 69 are AB47T.
170 is Rt S53R.
180 has a Di M14 body and was new by 5/88, not necessarily to CFC (reported with an unidentified operator).
Previous operators: 82/3 RATP, Paris 4826/5
8593 WW 69 RATP, Paris 4818. The 'registration' appears to be a RVI trade plate, and it is
known that a batch of PR180s was traded in against new Agoras. Fleet number 906 seems to have been
that of an intermediate operator, to whom the vehicle may have only been on loan.
