MOROCCO<br />
A new system of registrations was introduced in Morocco from 1 st February 2000, although the former<br />
series plates continue to be valid. <strong>The</strong> new plates in black on reflective white and have a serial number from 1 to<br />
99999, a vertical line, one or two Arabic serial letters, a second vertical line and then a one or two digit area code.<br />
Two line plates have the letters and area code above the serial, with all the elements seperated by vertical or<br />
horizontal lines.<br />

NEW ZEALAND<br />
New Zealand has not been covered in <strong>Circle</strong> publications for a considerable number of years. In the early 1960's,<br />
the <strong>Circle</strong> published foolscap 'O'-series publications covering the major operators from the start of their operations,<br />
covering trams, trolleybuses and buses - in essence an early form of Fleet History. Reports continued in the<br />
Overseas Section of the newssheets until the early 1980's.
