MOROCCO
A new system of registrations was introduced in Morocco from 1 st February 2000, although the former
series plates continue to be valid. The new plates in black on reflective white and have a serial number from 1 to
99999, a vertical line, one or two Arabic serial letters, a second vertical line and then a one or two digit area code.
Two line plates have the letters and area code above the serial, with all the elements seperated by vertical or
horizontal lines.
the scope of this article.
NEW ZEALAND
New Zealand has not been covered in Circle publications for a considerable number of years. In the early 1960's,
the Circle published foolscap 'O'-series publications covering the major operators from the start of their operations,
covering trams, trolleybuses and buses - in essence an early form of Fleet History. Reports continued in the
Overseas Section of the newssheets until the early 1980's.
