42. UNOFFICIAL INDUSTRIAL ACTIONThe AGENCY and the UNION agree that unofficial Industrial actions aredetrimental to both the AGENCY and the UNION and as such are not tobe supported. It is agreed that any employee/s who organize/s and/ortake/s part in any unofficial industrial action shall be liable to disciplinaryaction which shall lead to dismissal. Unofficial industrial action is anytype of industrial action not initiated by the recognized UNION.43. EXCLUSION OF NEW DEMANDSNo further demands in connection with the contents of this Agreement orregarding those matters which were subject to discussions during thenegotiations leading to the signing of this Agreement shall be putforward or supported by either the AGENCY or the UNION during thevalidity period of this Agreement.44. PAST SERVICEAll past service with the AGENCY or with Government shall bereckonable for all purposes contained in this Agreement, except forwhere otherwise indicated in this Agreement.45. INFORMATION REGARDING THE AGENCYThe employee shall not at any time, during their employment with theAGENCY or after the termination of their employment, or for any reasonwhatsoever, disclose to, or knowingly permit or enable any other personto acquire any information concerning the affairs of the AGENCY or ofany matter or thing connected with its business or activity.13
