109. Interesting 1954 Esskay Meats Partial Box withMarlin StuartPresented is an interesting 1954 Esskay Meats partial box with Marlin Stuart. Each portionof this delicate advertising piece has been neatly pieced together to its original statewith invisible tape on the reverse. While one card is missing, Marlin Stuart has been reattachedto the left portion of the original box. The smiling Arkansan displays moderatesurface creasing and scuffing, while the blank reverse is reinforced with three pieces oftape. Standing alone, the image is framed by ample portions of the original orange advertisingtrim. The surfaces are barely affected by expected “hot dog” grease markings.
