Auditor’s Report on Corporate GovernanceTo,The Shareholders ofBrigade Enterprises Limited,We have examined the compliance of conditions ofCorporate Governance by Brigade Enterprises Limited forthe year ended on 31st March, 2011 as stipulated by Clause49 of the Listing Agreement of the Company with the StockExchanges.The compliance of conditions of Corporate Governanceis the responsibility of the Management. Our examinationwas limited to procedures and implementation thereof,adopted by the Company for ensuring the compliance of theprovisions relating to Corporate Governance.
