Taking an intimate and personalapproach to winemaking, they limit their annualproduction to less than 3,000 cases. Being a wine clubmember here has its advantages. There are several optionsavailable depending on how many finished bottles youwould like to create. Guests will work with a BlendingGuide to blend their perfect Bordeaux-style wine from fourbarrel samples (two Cabernet Sauvignons, one Merlot andone Cabernet Franc). Once you have decided on a finalblend, you will get to hand bottle, cork and label yourbottles.
