Edwards, 82, ofChadds Ford died Saturday, October 16,1999 at the Fair Acres Geriatric Center in Lima.Born in Mill Creek he has been a resident of Chadds Ford since1964. He wasa U.S. Army Veteran ofWorld WarII, and for 32 yearshe worked as a Lab Technician at the DuPont Experimental Stationin Wilmington prior to his retirement in 1972, and after retirementhe taught Roller Skating in many Roller Rinks. He was an avid BoyScout and had earned the Eagle Scout award, and he worked at CampRodney until he was 85 years old.He was a memberofUpper Binningha01 Odd Fellows Lodge#940in Lenwood which he joined in June of 1954. He was a Past Grandof the Lodge, and a Past District Deputy Grand Master. He was veryactive in the Lodge and in the District for years. He was a memberofthe Elam United Methodist Church, andhe was the Son ofthe lateFrank L. and Clara Rodgers Edwards.Surviving are his Wife of 48 years, Marilyn Molly TalleyEdwards, four Daughters Sharon Blounts, Bonnie Eroh, Vera Miller,and Marilyn Wiechecki, three Sons, Frank G. Jr., David, and FrankWesley Edwards, 11 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.Funeral Services were held on Wednesday Morning in hisChurch in Glen Mills, and burial took place in the Church Cemetery.Arrangements by the Rigby Funeral Home in Chadds Ford.ROBERT C. HUNZINGERRobert G. Hunzinger, 73, of Sugar Grove died on Monday,October 25, 1999 at the Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown.He was born on March 27, 1926 in Warren, a Son of the lateGeorge R. and Edna May Hunzinger. Hewas a fornler employee in the maintenanceDepartment of Deluxe Metal inWarre~, and he delivered meals on wheelsand the Warren County Guide.He was a memberand Past Commanderof the Sugar Grove American LegionPost, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, andWarren Odd Fellows Lodge No. 339, andKossuth Encampment No. 98, and amember of Canton Meadville No. 47 0which he was a Past Captain.He was a Past Department Adjutant of the Department Councilof Pennsylvania, P.M., and he just retired in June of 1999 as GrandPatriarch of the Grand Encampment of Pennsylvania. He was amemberofthe Trinity Memorial Church ofWarren, the Pamona andthe Chandlers Valley Grange.He was the WidowerofCatherine Seely Hunzinger. Surviving arefour Sons, Wayne D., ParisJ., George R., and Les D. Hunzinger, twoDaughters, Grace Hunzinger and Kristen Mains, two Sisters, MargaretSmaJisreed and Jenneise Schmidt, 26 grandchildren and sixgreat grandchildren.Friends were received at the McKinney Funeral Home of SugarGrove on Wednesday. The Grange conducted Services at 7 :00 P.M.and Warren Odd Fellows conducted services at 8:30 P.M.Funeral Services were held on Thursday Mornjng at the FuneralHome with the Rev. Albert Conklen officiating. Burial followed inCherry Hill Cemetery.WILLIAM J. PAXTONWilliam J. Paxton, 88 of Me:-ce-r. formerly ofSandy Lake died onThursday, November 4, 1999 at the Country Convalescent Home.Hewas born December 26 191 OaSonofthelateJamesJ. andTinaMoon Paxton. He was an alumni ofGrove City High School and wasthe operator of the North Hills Dairy, Sandy Lake from 1940 until1988, and then worked for the Eastern States Agway Feed. He alsoworked for the former Grove City National Bank, and was an Agentand Director of the fonner Pymatuning Fire Insurance Company,and a Clerk of sales for Braham Auction, Grove City. He was amember of the Sandy Lake Presbyterian Church, and a formerDirector ofthe Stoneboro Fair. A 50 yearmemberofthe Sandy LakeNew Vernon Grange, and a 58-year-member of Sandy Lake OddFellows Lodge #573.Surviving are his Wife, Edyth L. Boyd Paxton, three Daughters,Shirley, Anna Louise Lloyd, and Eileen Opetz, seven grandchildren,and five great grandchildren.Friends were received in the Alexander-McMullen Funeral Home,Sandy Lake on Saturday, and Funeral Services were held SundayAfternoon at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe McDonaldofficiating, and burial took place in Oak HiU Cemetery.

Phillips, 84, of Conway and Freedom died on Monday,August 30, 1999 in the Medical Center of Beaver after a lengthyillness.Born May 14, 1915 in Glenwillard, a Son of the late Addison andLillian Atwell Phillips, he was retired from the Valvoleen OilCompany of Freedom.He was a Past President of the Freedom Area School Board, a pastmember of the Beaver County Special School Authority a pastCouncil member of St. John's Lutheran Church and a currentPresident of the Oak Grove Cemetery Board. He was a member ofEdith Odd Fellows Lodge #812 of Freedom where he had retainedhis membership for the past 55 years.He was also a member of the Conway Senior Citizens, the BeaverCounty Senior Citizen, and the New Hope Lutheran Church ofEconomy.Surviving are his Wife of 62 years, Aloha Fehr Phillips, a Son,Larry, a Daughter, Joyce Moravee, five grandchildren, and a greatgrandson.Friends were received in the Poland Funeral Home on Wednesday,and Funeral Services were held in the New Hope LutheranChurch on Thursday Morning with the Rev. Larry Mort officiating.Burial followed in Oak Grove Cemetery in Freedom.CHARLES Y. KINGCharles Y. King, 101, of Downington died Sunday, October 10,1999 at the Hickory House Nursing Home.Born in Birmingham, a Son of the late Malin and MargaretRobinson King. He was the former owner of Charles Y. KingPlumbing and Heating Co.He was a Presbyterian, a member of the Redman Uppowoc Tribe47 and Malvern Pochahontas Odd Fellows Lodge #201.Surviving are three Daughters, Janis K. Miller, Yvonne K. Plank,and Betty K. Berry, 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, anda great great granddaughter.Funeral Services were held Thursday Morning at the FoundsFuneral Home, and burial was in Green Mount Cemetery.DORIS E. WOOLLEYDoris E. Woolley, 79, formerly of Upland died on October 22,1999 at her home in Lima, Ohio.She was born in Chester, but lived mostofher life in Upland priorto moving to Ohio two years ago. She was an Office Manager forMetropolitan Life Insurance Company for 43 years retiring in 1981.She was a volunteer at the Crozer-Chester Medical Center, and along time member ofFrances E. Evans Rebekah Lodge #5. She wasa Past District Deputy President, served on several Rebekah AssemblyStaffs, and was Co Chairperson for several Annual Sessions ofthe Order. She was also the Secretary ofher Rebekah Lodge for manyyears, and she was a member of the Upland Methodist Church.Surviving are a Brother, Reah S.
