TCV Table-Top Single ClipperArea of applicationThe series TCV table-top clippers areused wherever absolutely secure closureis needed. Sausage, poultry, game,mussels, fresh meat and cheese packagingsare sealed using these devices.Devices from this series are alsovery suitable for pre-configuring casings,packaging chemicals and all otherproducts that are packaged in a net, abag and in the various casings. Thismachine series is used in large and insmall companies. The sturdy helperscan be used in a variety of areas dependingon the requirements. Thereare a wide variety of applications. Thefollowing examples show how universallythe clip closure can be used before,in or after the process.Process packaging- A product is cooked or frozen afterit is clipped. For example, EuropeanMachinery Directive and ClippingMachine norm En13885.Equipment versions- If the sausage is to be processed ordisplayed in suspended fashion, theloop feeder can be used.- A knife provides a straight, goodlookingcasing end- A maintenance unit provides cleancontrol air at the right pressure; thisreduces maintenance costs- Some devices are available with a tiltingair suction unit. This air suctionunit evacuates the bags to be sealedand then tilts them to the clipperwhere they are sealed.- For special applications and liquid fillmaterial, some devices are availablewith a horizontal design.- The TCV106 machine is available ina special design containing a labelfeeder.
