Innovative Cutting Technology: Robust & ReliableUniversal MachineThe fine cutters from the TIPPER TIETTCut range are great for all-rounduse, but they also come with specialmachines for each individual job. Thecontinuous-action cutting/emulsifyingsystems cover a broad applicationfield in both the food and non-foodsectors. There’s a wide range of designsthat combine functionality withthe latest technology. Our newly-developed cutting systemsprovide for super-effective coarse andfine cutting in one or several stages, depending on the product.TTCut180HD emulsifierThat makes short work of cutting andemulsifying fine sausage meat, liversausage and rind emulsion. Just aseasy is producing pastes from fish, fruit and vegetables, as well as saucesor dairy products. You can also usethe TTCut for dispersing dry ingredientsin liquids or for chopping wafflesand broken biscuits.Cutting SystemThe non-contact cutting system ensureshigh, non-varying product qualitywith defined particle sizes in allemulsions. The innovative cutting system operatesaccording to the “rotor/statorprinciple”. This means that uniform,hard-metal cutting plates are fixed ona carrier ring, which acts as the stator.Depending on the cutting ring youchoose, you can set a gap of 0.2 to3.0 mm (special sizes of up to 12 mmavailable on request).Inside, a rotor also fitted with cuttingedges rotates at a distance of approx.0.1 mm from the stator blades. Cuttingis effective along the entire lengthof the cutting gap. Simply use differentcutting rings to adjust the cutting gapto your requirements. The raw ingredientmix is systematically fed throughthis cutting system and emerges fromthe machine homogeneously cut andperfectly emulsified.DesignAn essential design consideration wasefficient, hygienic cleaning. The solid,self-supporting stand is very low-vibrationand low-noise. Carefully selectedmaterials and advanced engineeringgive the TTCut a long servicelife with minimum maintenancerequirement.Horizontal cutting housing withdouble cutter setVertical cutting housing with single cutter set

High Productivity: Efficient & SafeIf you process liquid products, you canattach special opaque tube outlets. The tube systems are simple to attachand easy to clean, and thereis the option of additionally fitting aproduct circuit system to produceemulsions. By feeding the productthrough in several cycles, the degreeof fineness can be increased. Alsoby successively adding componentsduring circulating operation you canproduce sauces, dips or dressings.Drive & ControlsTIPPER TIE emulsifiers feature proven, robust AC drives in a power rangeof 11 to 90 kW. State-of-the-art controltechnology ensures perfect torquecontrol and optimal motor management(from 55 kW, they are equippedwith soft starters). All electrical componentsare wired clearly and accessibly, and installed in the machine ina completely watertight way (IP 65).The user-friendly layout of the controlsmakes operation simple and intuitive.Maintenance & CleaningThe TTCut is exceptionally low-maintenanceand service-friendly. All theexternal surfaces are made of stainlesssteel. Smooth, stainless surfaces, excellent accessibility of all areas, and sloping horizontal surfaces makecleaning fast and hygienic. The cutting sets lift easily and safelyout of the cutting space. The hardmetalblades on the cutting ring arereplaceable, so you don’t have toreplace the whole ring. That makesa big contribution to low operatingcosts and high hygiene standards. All TTCut emulsifiers are availablein the cutting-set sizes 125/150/180 mm.Areas of Application &Processes• Meat products: sausage meat, meat loaf, scalded sausage, cooked sausage, fine liversausage• Stable emulsions: vegetablespreads, cold dressings, marinades• Frozen fruit and vegetables up to0.2-millimeter pieces• Cutting left-over bread, reworkingbiscuits and chocolate• Nuts, almonds, sesame seeds, spices etc.• Confectionery: reworking chocolate• Pet food production, cutting, emulsifying• Laboratory, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals• Baby foodRotor & stator made of stainless steelReplaceable hard metal platesAll electronic components installed inwatertight cabinet
