Residential Promotional Plans :24.7.1 Package RMP1 Terms and Conditions(A) Package RMP1 is an optional residential only single line Bundle service thatprovides customers with a monthly allowance of 300 minutes within the LocalService Area and the following features:1) Call forwarding2) Three Way Calling3) Caller ID Plus Name and Number4) Call Waiting5) Anonymous Call Rejection6) Speed Calling, 8 Numbers Capacity7) Return Call(B) The following types of calls do not qualify for inclusion in the monthly allowance:operator handled calls, inmate public telephones, directory assistance (411) andinfovoz. For operator assisted calls the rate per minute in Section G-1, 20.7.1Option A will apply. In addition, operator assisted calls are subject to asurcharge according to Section G-1, 20.12 of this Tariff Book. Directory assistedcalls will be charged according to Section E-14 of this Tariff Book. For the otherservices corresponding charges will apply.(C) If the monthly allowance of 300 local minutes is not reached, the full PackageRMP1 tariff applies. Unused minutes will not be refundable or transferred to thenext month.(D) If the monthly allowance of 300 local minutes is exceeded, additional minutesare charged in accordance with Section 24.8.7.(E) All terms and conditions of the Custom Calling Local Services, as specified inSection F-14 of this Tariff Book, apply to these services when offered under thePackage RMP1, except that service connection charge would not apply to newlines included in the Bundle.(F) Rates and charges applicable to Package RMP1 are included in Section 24.8.7.(G) Offer for 90 days for residential clients only.
