Business Promotional Plans (Cont.) :24.7.8 Package BMP4 Terms and Conditions 1 (Cont.)(B) Package BMP4 is available to small and medium business customerspresubscribed to the Company (Certification Number JRT-CERT-0013) for intraislandservice and PRT Larga Distancia, Inc. (PRTLD) for interstate andinternational services.(C) If the monthly allowance of 1,000 minutes is not reached, the full PackageBMP4 tariff applies. Unused minutes will not be refundable or transferred to thenext month.(D) If the monthly allowance of 1,000 minutes is exceeded, additional minutes arecharged in accordance with Section 24.8.7.(E) The following types of calls do not qualify for inclusion in the Unlimited Localcalls, Direct Distance Dialing (DDD) intra-island calls and Long Distanceinterstate calls : operator handled calls, inmate public telephones, directoryassistance (411) and infovoz. For operator assisted calls the rate per minute inSection G-1, 20.7.1 Option A will apply. In addition, operator assisted calls aresubject to a surcharge according to Section G-1, 20.12 of this Tariff Book.Directory assisted calls will be charged according to Section E-14 of this TariffBook. For the other services corresponding charges will apply.(F) The minimum service period is one (1) year.(G) Should the customers choose to discontinue the service prior to the completionof the minimum period, a penalty will apply equal to the total of the remainingmonths not billed on the minimum period.(H) Customer that subscribe to Package BMP4 the installation charges does notapply during this promotional offer.(I) Rates and charges applicable to Package BMP4 are included in Section 24.8.7.(J) Offer for 90 days for business clients only.
