PUBLIC HEALTH 15under this Act and of the deed conveying the same,10 pay the residue thereof (if any) to the Accountant-General there to remain without interest untilpaid out pursuant to the provisions of paragrapht 4;(c) to withdraw from the Accountant-General suchresidue and to pay the same to any person whomthe Crown Solicitor shall certify to be entitledtherzto, so, however, that any payment made pursuantto any such certificate shall absolve thatLocal Board from any further liability for the sumso paid, but shall not prejudice the right of anyperson who shall prove his right or title thereto ina court of competent jurisdiction to recover thesame from the person to whom payment was madeor from his legal representative; and(d) to execute a deed transferring the said premises tothe purchaser thereof, which deed shall be underthe common seal of that Local Board affixed by thechairman of that Board in the presence of twomembers of that Board and shall absolutely vestthe said land in the purchaser.22.
