Organise paperwork systematically Maintain adequate supplies of stationary and forms for all aspects of storeadministration Ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly returns are completed accuratelyand submitted to Head Office as required Carry out sales/ cash procedures correctly at all timesStaffAssist the Shop Manager in Recruitment, Training and Development of volunteersSet a good example to promote a positive, lively, friendly and business-likeenvironmentTo delegate responsibilities and tasks to volunteersTo promote <strong>CLIC</strong> <strong>Sargent</strong> in the local communityStockMerchandise the store in an attractive and enticing style. Ensuring that topstandards in terms of colour, suitable choice of stock and general housekeeping aremaintained.Ensure that all policies relating to House keeping, Layout, Display, Rotation andPricing of stock are adhered to.
