7.8 Funds should be provided in those government funded institutions wherenew courses are to be introduced for the following activities.a. Strengthening of laboratories in select areas, procurement of models etc.b. Participation of teacher in refresher courses/ study tours/ conferences/seminar/ symposia etc.c. Strengthening of libraryd.
