ROOTS SCHOOL SYSTEMDepartment of Inter School Coordination, Communications & Public Relations DISCCPRCompetition Details:• Each entry must be the original work of the child• The age should be less than 16 years• Legal resident of Pakistan at the time of entering the contest.• Children of employees of Toyota Motor Corporation, its affiliates andsubsidiaries are not eligible to participate.• Previously published work or works that have been entered in any other contestcan not be submitted.• A child may enter as many times as he/she wishes, but each entry must bemailed in a separate outer mailing envelope, a prizes will be limited to one perchild.• Each entry must be accompanied by an entry form i.e. enclosedSIZE OF THE ART WORK.• Pictures must be drawn on A3 (297 x 420 MM).• Format may be landscape or portrait.MEDIUM OF ART :Any artistic medium (colour, makers, water paint, etc.)JUDGING:Only entries that meet the above cretaria will be considered for judging whichwill takes place in Japan from Feburary 2009.JUDGING CRETARIA - VERY IMPORTANT :Enteries will be jidged on the following criteria• 60% creativity• 40 % expressive abilityJudging will be performed by Toyota Motor Cars.Terms & Conditions :All enteries will become the property of TMC and will not be returned.Submission of any entry grants to TMC and its agents the right o publish, use ,adapt,edit and o ormodify such entry in any way without having to disclose the identity of the applicants in any allmedia, without limitation, in any countrysTMC assumes no responsilbilty for lost , late damaged,misdirected, illegible,incomplete orMission Statementaims to bring out the best in a childmentally, academically, intellectually, spiritually, physically , culturally and morally.
