Trash Disposal: Teachers, please assist our staff and JJ Janitorial in ensuring that NO green waste, cardboard, metal, tiles ofany sort, or wood is placed in your trash cans or in trash bags for disposal to the trash bins. Pacific Waste Systems will <strong>not</strong>empty the trash bins if those items are found in the dumpster. Already three pick up days have been affected by the disposalof such items and <strong>not</strong> all our bins were emptied on those days. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated!!!! Monitoring: ATTN TEACHERS: Please continue to monitor students leaving your classes by the issuing of hall passes.Property damage and graffiti statistics are down and is directly attributed to students NOT roaming the hallways. Attention STUDENTS (Varsity Letter): All student athletes earn a varsity letter from the PE Department for playing thewhole season in a varsity sport. Please see your coach for the varsity letter. <strong>If</strong> you have <strong>not</strong> returned your sporting equipmentissued to you by the school, you will <strong>not</strong> receive a letter. In addition, the total cost of your non-returned equipment will betreated like a lost textbook. Noorders will be taken after March 21st. Attention EVERYONE (Call for Phone Books): The GTA Used phone book contest ends next week, March 31, 2011. Wehave collected a little under 800 phone books so far. Attention EVERYONE (Plants Needed): Mr. Kamiaz is looking for all kinds of trees, especially fruit trees, to plant alongour back fence area. He is also looking for dwarf coconut trees to plant along the fence to hide the trash dumpsters in the frontof the school. <strong>If</strong> you have trees, please bring or donate your seedlings, or young trees, to room 406. SSHS Student Store Sales: Are you in need of school supplies such as <strong>not</strong>ebooks, pens, pencils, etc?
