PRIVATE BILL—AN ACT FOR THE INCORPORATION OF THE WAY OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO AND FOR MATTERS 

INCIDENTAL THERETO 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Standing Order No. 83(3)(b)(i) of the House of Representatives that it is intended to 

introduce in the House of Representatives the above-mentioned Bill. 

2. Notice of the intended introduction of the Bill is being given in the Trinidad and Tobago Gazette and copies of the Bill may be 

purchased from the Government Printer. 

3. The object of the Bill, among other things, is to incorporate the Way of Trinidad and Tobago of Knolly Street, Princes Town, in 

order to enable it to hold property and to otherwise carry out its aims and objectives. 

4. Any person wishing to be heard in opposition to the Bill must lodge with the Clerk of the House a petition showing the nature of 

his objections to the Bill and stating whether his objections extend to the whole or some part of the preamble or to the clauses of the 

Bill and praying that he may be heard by himself or his counsel against the Bill.

(Customs Act, Chap. 78:01) 

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon the Comptroller of Customs and Excise under the provisions of the Customs Act, Chap. 78:01, 

I, Fitzroy A. John, Comptroller of Customs and Excise, acting under the provisions of section 263(2) of the said Act, do hereby appoint 

the place specified in the Schedule hereto to be a Private Warehouse for the storage, pending entry for home consumption or export, of 

the following goods, as shall be warehoused by or in the private warehouse of Messrs. Lange Trinidad Limited—Lubricating, 

Hydraulic, Synthetic and Cutting Oils, Lubricating Grease and such other goods as I may subsequently approve. 

SCHEDULE 

An enclosed area situated at the Eastern end of Lange Trinidad Limited, Administrative and Warehouse Complex at 

Lot No. 8, Gaston Street, Lange Park, Chaguanas, measuring 24.384 metres x 12.192 metres comprising a total of 

297.29 metres. 

The east wall is constructed of steel columns with a steel frame with B.R.C. wire at the bottom and aluzinc sheets at the 

top. The west of steel columns with a steel frame with B.R.C. wire, the south of steel columns with a steel frame with B.R.C. 

wire at the bottom and aluzinc sheets at the top. The north of a steel beam with steel columns with a steel frame with B.R.C. 

wire and aluzinc sheets and contains a steel B.R.C. sliding gate as its entrance and exit. The building is bounded on the east by 

a drain reserve (25) twenty-five feet wide. On the south by Lot No. 7, YKK Zippers Limited on the north by Lot No. 9, Skillco 

Holdings Limited and on the west by Gaston Street forty (40) feet wide.
