This group is especially critical first, because they are local, and secondbecause in our analysis since these companies employ individuals who havecompleted courses through WWCC’s Industrial Maintenance/Mining Maintenanceprogram.Response Rate: 13 individuals completed the survey, for a response rate of 81%.• Criteria for Success: Questions were designed on a five-point Likert Scale, thetop two answers being “Strongly Agree” and “Generally Agree”. The IndustrialMaintenance/Mining Maintenance program review committee agreed to look foran 80% positive rating in the top two categories on all questions.I.
