The holding forceps isused to control the rotation of the reaming rod. Advancethe reamer head with slight forward and backwardmovements.Do not use force. Continue reaming until the diameter ofthe canal is 0.5 to 1.5 mm larger than the nail diameter.Note: All Expert Retrograde /Antegrade Femoral Nails can beinserted over the Reaming Rod.
