Objective 5: To facilitate 4 workshops attend by 30 people each inselected geographic areas for PEPWe completed facilitating 11 ½ days of workshops attended by a total of 239 community peoplein 3 provinces of South Africa and in Zimbabwe. <strong>The</strong> attendance ranged from teenage workshopswith <strong>The</strong> Women’s Leadership <strong>Training</strong> Programme to community movements against poverty inZimbabwe. <strong>The</strong> half day workshops increased the number of people reached during the exercisefrom the original target 120 to 239, more than double the target. Noteworthy is the fact thatinsights presented in this report are preliminary. We are still to receive feedback from East Africathat will be compiled into the final report by the middle of July.
