The standard will also address themeasurement of HR practices, and the implementation of a measurement system to document, assess,report, and validate continuous improvement in the area of HR management. The HR managementSpecification will provide a practical approach to improving the deployment of talent, reducing the costs ofemployees, and improvements in sustainability and that impact both operational efficiently and the carbonfootprint of the organization.
