About us<br />
Bartłomiej Prędki<br />
Started his pr<strong>of</strong>essional experience<br />
in 2004 as a tester <strong>of</strong> massmarket<br />
mobile applications. Within<br />
next years he gained experience<br />
in Testing and Quality Assurance<br />
areas, mostly focused on Telecommunications<br />
industry. During<br />
his career he was involved in testing,<br />
managing testing processes,<br />
training, technical support,<br />
requirement analysis, recruitment,<br />
technical documentation creation<br />
and review.<br />
Besides his mobile and telecommunications<br />
experience, he was<br />
also involved in financial and banking<br />
system projects.<br />
Holder <strong>of</strong> ISTQB Advanced Technical<br />
Test Analyst certificate. He<br />
lives and works in Wroclaw, Poland.<br />
Karolina Zmitrowicz<br />
Karolina started her pr<strong>of</strong>essional<br />
experience in 2006 as a Quality<br />
Assurance specialist working on<br />
international projects in banking<br />
sector. Within next 6 months she<br />
become Test Leader and Lead<br />
QA Consultant supporting testing<br />
activities on customer side and leading<br />
customer test team.<br />
During her career she worked as<br />
a Test Leader, <strong>Change</strong> Manager,<br />
Technical Writer, Business and<br />
System Analyst. She has been<br />
involved in testing and managing<br />
testing, requirement engineering,<br />
business analysis, trainings, technical<br />
documentation creation. She<br />
currently works as a System Analyst<br />
for leading Polish insurance<br />
institution.<br />
She is an author <strong>of</strong> several publications<br />
in QA and BA area, trying<br />
to apply best quality assurance<br />
practices in analysis and requirement<br />
processes.<br />
Certified ISTQB Test Manager and<br />
REQB Certified Pr<strong>of</strong>essional for<br />
Requirements Engineering. Certified<br />
quality management systems<br />
manager and leading auditor (ISO<br />
9001: 2008).<br />
Currently she lives and works in<br />
Warsaw, Poland.
