Berthold Röhrich, Market Development
Manager Life Sciences
Berthold Röhrich assumed the role
of Market Development Manager for
the Life Science business at the Parker
Seal Group Europe’s O-Ring Division
on 1 July. His activities are mainly focused
on the further expansion of the
product and technology portfolio for
this market. Berthold Röhrich studied
Manufacturing and Business Administration
at the University for Applied
Sciences Heilbronn. After earning his
degree he worked in product management
for an American manufacturer
of connection components for two
years before changing to interconnect
systems supplier Amphenol in 2004.
As Global Product Manager, he was in
charge of customer-specific development
projects and led the expansion
of the product portfolio for the Smart
Card Technology sector. In addition,
he coordinated the sales activities in
Europe, Asia and the United States
and supported the regional sales
teams in implementing global strategies.
Since 2008 Berthold Röhrich was
responsible for developing strategic
markets including medical technology
as Business Development Manager
and Global Account Manager.
On 1 September 2011 Igor Zhidkikh
assumed the newly created position
of Business Development Manager
for Eastern Europe at the Seal Group.
In this role he will pursue the development
and extension of new
markets in East European countries,
focusing on Russia, Poland, the Czech
Republic, Hungary and other emerging
nations. Igor Zhidkikh earned a
degree in Business Administration
majoring in Marketing and Sales from
the University for Applied Sciences

Igor Zhidkikh, Business Development
Manager East European markets
Anhalt. He has been with Parker since
2008. For the past three years, he was
responsible for the Parker Polyflex
Division’s successful business development
in the market for thermoplastic
hoses and tubing in Eastern
Europe. As early as during his studies
he was able to gather important experiences
in key account management
and international business projects
focused on Eastern Europe during
internships at DaimlerChrysler and
Siemens. During his subsequent employment
as Marketing Specialist and
Industry Manager for various process
industries at Siemens GmbH in
Moscow he was able to intensify his
experience in sales and project management
and made a major contribution
to the successful development
and management of the complete
solutions systems business.
