72Standard 6: Graduation from the ProgramStandard 6 indicates that EPI is designed to be a time limited service. Most clients will stay forup to 3 years and when they graduate, they should be linked to the least intensive and leastintrusive level of care required to meet their ongoing needs.Summary of Results:o Implementation of this Standard was lower, with only 56% of sites implementing ‘most ofthe time’.
